As Christians, we’re not meant to rely on ourselves—God’s power carries us. The Bible is packed with promises of His strength. Let’s explore what Scripture says and how to find strength in Him during tough times. It’s been my lifeline, and I hope it’ll be yours. 🌟

God’s Strength Sustains

God empowers the weary. Isaiah 40:29 says:

“He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.” (Isaiah 40:29, NIV)

This verse was my anchor during exhaustion. I prayed it, and God gave me energy to face the day. If you’re tired, ask for His strength—it’s real and available. He doesn’t expect you to do it alone.

Strength in God’s Presence

God’s presence strengthens us. Psalm 46:1 says:

“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” (Psalm 46:1, NIV)
